Fall is the season of harvest, a time to gather in, slow down, and give thanks for all that has grown.
Dear Soul Purpose community,
There is something about autumn that invites us to pause and take stock. The fields give up their harvest, the trees let go with such grace, and the evenings draw us home. Every year, when the leaves begin to turn, I find myself counting my blessings, and you are among them.
Over the years, you have welcomed Soul Purpose into your daily rituals, shared our products with the people you love, and cheered us on through every season. Together, we have grown into something far more than a company: a true community of kindred spirits who believe in caring for body, mind and spirit. None of this would be possible without you. So this fall, I simply want to say: thank you.
As a small token of my gratitude, I have set aside a special offer on four of my very favorite body butters, just for you.
With a grateful heart,NadineFounder, Soul Purpose

This month we are celebrating the warmth of the season with the golden comfort of Ghanaian brown sugar and sweet honey. It is the scent of cozy evenings, warm kitchens and gathering the people you love close.
Set aside ten quiet minutes with a warm cup of tea and your journal. Smooth a little body butter into your hands, take a slow breath, and let one of these prompts lead you inward. You might choose one each week of the season.
1
What ordinary moment from this past year do I now recognize as a quiet gift?
2
Who has walked beside me this year? How might I let them know what their presence has meant to me?
3
What harvest am I gathering now from seeds I planted in a harder season?
4
Like the trees releasing their leaves, what am I ready to let go of so that something new has room to grow?
5
Where do I feel gratitude in my body? Place a hand there, breathe slowly three times, and simply notice.
A SIMPLE PRACTICE
Each night this week, before you sleep, write down three small things you are thankful for from the day. Small is the point. Gratitude grows the way a garden does, a little at a time.

Marcus & Maya
A mommy & baby bath and body collection
Something sweet is on its way, and I can hardly contain my excitement. My daughter, Camilla, and I have been lovingly creating Marcus & Maya, a gentle collection of balms, creams, oils and washes for mothers and their little ones. Think soft textures, calming scents, and the kind of tender care that turns bath time into bonding time. I cannot wait to share it with you.
